My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I was assigned had issues with the door that I had to force open with my shoulder, and there were problems with the TV, bedside lamps, and power points. However, the spa room was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a two-day visit. The service provided by the staff was excellent overall, with the chef standing out, but some interactions were unpleasant, especially during check-in. The location was convenient, being close to Town Beach and the main town area. On the downside, the dining experience left much to be desired with an average hotel buffet offering. Despite these issues, I found the facilities satisfactory.
I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-equipped rooms. The service was friendly and efficient overall, although a bit lacking in attention to detail. The location was convenient for exploring the town but not right in the center. The dining options were decent but with some limitations. The facilities were satisfactory.
